The role involves assisting in ensuring compliance with primary legislation and regulations impacting RAL's statutory and regulatory obligations. This includes reviewing and updating the Compliance Checklist, conducting research on corporate governance best practices, preparing for Board and Committee meetings, recording meetings, assisting the Company Secretary in preparing agendas, action lists, and resolution registers, and providing administrative support. The position requires applicants to have a valid Matric/Grade 12/ and completed tertiary qualification. Applications are only accepted from South African citizens aged 18-35, with preference given to candidates from the Limpopo Province. Background screening will be conducted, including checks related to RSA citizenship, criminal records, and qualifications verification.
